TBLS uses sophisticated in-house developed Resource Equivalency Analyses (HEA/REA) from an expert viewpoint. TBLS’s lead, Jeff Andrilenas, founded the first NRD credit banking company which used state of the art GIS and financial risk modeling to value and iteratively value the design of restoration projects in NJ, WA, CA, LA, MS, OH, FL, TX, MT, and OR for over 50 freshwater, saltwater, and groundwater NRD liabilities and associated sediment Superfund sites.
TBLS provides objective, third-party evaluation of financial costs associated with sediments and NRD including in-house cost databases for habitat restoration and all phases of sediment remediation. Evaluations can cover current and future potential liability as well as the risk of future financial losses. Risk analysis and reporting includes regulatory, political, allocation, remediation cost and ongoing success profiling, as well as NRD damage assessments. We can also provide the metrics for long-term closure & post closure O&M in the most cost-effective way.
