TBLS Environmental Lead, Jeff Andrilenas, will be covering Environmental Risk Management: Strategies, Tools and Services on Tuesday September 1, 2015 at a day-long educational seminar entitled: Financing, Leveraging, and Real Estate Basics for Brownfields Cleanup and Redevelopment at the National Brownfields Conference at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago.
Brownfields 2015 is considered by David Lloyd, Director of EPA-Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization to be “the premier event for promoting public-private partnerships to stimulate community revitalization and sustainable Brownfields”. The TBLS Environmental Advisory employs a host of tools and strategies to mitigate risk and bridge the gap between “ bid and ask” related to environmental liabilities during M&A, bankruptcy and Brownfield transactions. TBLS is a Joint Venture partner of the Real Estate Liability Investment Corporation (RELIC). RELIC acquires distressed properties and Brownfields inclusive of full transfer of environmental liability.
