Jeff Andrilenas, TBLS Executive Vice President was the only consultant invited to present at the 2023 Summer conference. During his presentation, State of Current Practice for NRD Injury & Restoration Valuation Jeff shared his 20+ year background as expert witness conducting Natural Resource Damages Assessments (NRDAs) and monetizing injury and restoration projects for the settlement of complex matters. Jeff was founder of Bluefield Holdings, the first NRD Credit Bank, creator of the metrics used by Trustees throughout the country for settling NRD. He currently leads a team of technical experts and serves as expert witness on large complex NRD matters.
