Jeff Andrilenas of The TBLS Group has been appointed to represent CIANJ (Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey) on the Natural Resource Damages (NRD)Task Force. The NRD Task force is an interdisciplinary group of Legal, Corporate, technical, NGO and Trustees brought together to help in the developing of guidelines for the valuing and processing of NRD claims.
TBLS executive appointed to the E-50-05 ASTM International Board, responsible for the writing and revising of Global Environmental Standards impacting the Recognition and Derecognition of Environmental Liability, the Costing of Environmental Liability and the Disclosure of Environmental Liability. Jeff Andrilenas was asked to join the committee in recognition of his over 30 years’ experience generating environmental and financial models for the underwriting and settlement of complex environmental liabilities.
