Frances Schlosstein, TBLS President, will be speaking at the Remediation + Redevelopment + Results (RE3) Conference at the Philadelphia Convention Center on September 16, 2015 on the Developer and Investor Track Panel entitled The Use of Private Funding to Remediate & Redevelop Impacted Properties.
